With many thanks to undyingfenix, I now have a new computer! It's so shiny and new and pretty~ Unfortunately, my OS wouldn't boot on it (as expected, but I was hoping...), so my hard drives need to be reformatted. I hope my cousin will be amiable to helping me out with this. ;3;

It turned out to be the motherboard, after all. Phoenix can still start up sometimes, but he BSODs a lot easier. I'm relieved I even managed to retrieve most of my files, though I'll probably keep going back for stuff that I missed.
